We stain wood fences for homes across Rockwall and Collin County. This page covers what the work involves, when a fence is ready for it, and how we scope the job. Every fence staining quote starts with a free estimate.
Untreated cedar and pine in North Texas turns grey within a season or two, then starts to split and cup as the sun and rain cycle through the boards. Staining puts a protective coat back on the wood so it holds its colour and sheds water instead of soaking it up.
A new fence usually needs a few weeks to dry out before it will take stain properly. An older fence is a judgement call, and that is part of what we look at when we come out to quote.
We measure the run of fence, check both sides for access, and look at the condition of the boards. Fences hemmed in by shrubs, sheds, or a neighbour's planting take longer, and gates and posts need handling separately from the pickets.
Stain colour and finish are decided with you before we start. You get a price for the whole fence, not a running total, and we walk the line with you when the work is done.
We work out of Royse City and stain fences in Fate, Lavon, Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Garland, Princeton, McKinney, Allen, Plano, and Frisco. Backyard fences, front boundary runs, and shared fence lines between neighbours are all common work for us.
Our hours are 8am to 5pm, and staining is weather dependent, so we book around dry days and let you know if a date has to move.
Elite exterior makeover covers Fate, Allen, Lavon, Plano, Wylie, Frisco, Murphy, Sachse, Garland, McKinney, Princeton, Royse City and the rest of Collin County / Rockwall County.
We'll come measure, talk through options, and send a clear written quote. No pressure, no obligation.
